Roaming Services
The Africa Online Roaming Service allows our dial-up customers in Ghana to connect to the Internet from almost any country in the world using their local Africa Online email address. To do this, our customer would need to log on, using the roaming software installed on their computer free of charge by Africa Online, select the country he or she is in, and then choose corresponding roaming member ISP from the list and connect. It’s that easy! The advantages of using the roaming service is that there is no change of email address as one travels, it does not increase telephone costs as access is done through a local number, and support is available locally in the country that our customer is in. That is to say that, should the customer encounter any difficulties in terms of service delivery, they may call the member ISP in whichever Country they find themselves in.

Customer Self Care Utility
Dial-up customers are able to manage their own accounts through the Internet anytime day or night. The Customer Self Care Utility includes but not limited to changing passwords, viewing their usage as well as invoices, from their home or office using a Web based self care utility tool. 24 Hour Customer Support
Africa Online Ghana provides around the clock customer telephone support at the Accra Office to service the needs of home and business users alike. You can contact our customer support staff at any hour on +233 21 246065-9. We also offer on site support between 08:00 to 17:00 from our offices in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tamale.

Anti Virus Scanning
Africa Online Ghana provides server-side anti virus scanning on e-mails passing through our mail server. This complimentary service provides a first level of defense against the possibility of a virus attack.

Anti Spam Facility
Africa Online Ghana provides an anti-spam facility to our customers. This service aids in preventing customer inboxes from being flooded with “junk” email.

Bandwidth Monitoring Tool
The MRTG monitoring tool is provided by Africa Online Ghana for Corporate customers to assist them monitor their bandwidth consumption.

Africa Online Webmail
Customers of Africa Online Ghana are able to check, send and receive e-mail from any part of the world in so far as they have Internet access. Customers just need to browse to www.africaonline.com.gh/webmail and enter username and password.
